To fulfil this aim we shall carry out the following process in partnership with the setting:
· Formal discussion with the manager to establish vacancy requirements
· Completion of Vacancy Record and Employer/Training Provider Recruitment Agreement
· Eurosource Solutions Limited to place vacancy details to gain referrals through partners and the Apprenticeship Vacancy site.
· Eurosource Solutions Limited to identify and contact candidates
· Eurosource Solutions Limited to organise and carry out stage 1 interviews
· Eurosource Solutions Limited to liaise with manager to arrange stage 2 interview
· Employer to carry out stage 2 interview
· Employer to give feedback to provider and appoint a successful candidate
· Employer to carry out relevant CRB check and induction to the work place of the appointed person
· Eurosource Solutions Limited to arrange with appointed person and employer a date to carry out training programme paper work
· Completion of training programme paper work by all parties
